Project Throwback - Inspired Scaffolding working at Newark Castle in partnership with Midland Masonry

Newark Castle, a Grade I listed building that has guarded the River Trent for over 900 years. A condition survey was carried out identifying necessary repairs to both the internal and external walls and care was then taken in finding a unique and specially trained team able to achieve the improvements. Newark and Sherwood District Council hired expert building restoration conservation company, Midland Masonry, who the team at Inspired were able to closely assist with our specialist, bespoke scaffolding solutions. Complex heritage projects like this are embraced and enjoyed by the Inspired Scaffolding team thanks to our wealth of knowledge and industry experience.

Thanks to a successful National Lottery Heritage Fund application, there are hugely impressive plans to enhance Newark Castle as a visitor attraction for 2024 and beyond.
